Since joining 247 Staff in 2012 Monika has played a major part in the administration of our Companies, culminating in her appointment, in 2016 as Administration Manager of 247 Contracting Services Ltd. 

The rapid growth of this business required the development and implementation of systems and procedures to control a challenging and dynamic environment. Monika’s effectiveness in this role was acknowledged by both colleagues and clients.

In November 2020 Monika has been promoted to the position of Group Finance Director. Monika’s new role will involve both the administrative and financial management of the Group Companies as well as her participation as a full member of the management team.

Monika holds a Masters Degree in Accountancy from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Poland and also AAT member (Association of Accounting Technicians).
