David is a highly motivated, skilled and efficient Recruiter with a background recruiting within the IT Channel. Having spent more than 5 years recruiting both Technical & Salespeople in both the UK and Internationally, David has a passion for both delivering against targets and offering elite client service.  Having won & managed every client he has ever done a deal with, David believes in understanding both candidates and clients alike and provides a recruitment experience suited to each individual, rather than a one size fits all model. 

David is passionate about building a “best in class” recruitment firm which puts employees first. He understands the adaptative nature of recruitment, the IT world and the working world in general and believes in people rather than KPI’s. He is responsible for the growth & P&L at 247Connect but also managing his own clients. He recruits across 3 verticals within IT; VAR’s, MSP’s and Cloud Providers and boasts demonstratable success from Start-ups through to some of the Fortune 500.   

David graduated from Northumbria University in 2015 with a Degree in History. After graduating he worked for one of the world’s leading Technology Recruitment firms followed by a Start-up recruitment firm before joining the 247 family in 2020. David took on leadership responsibilities in early 2021.
